The place is better than I thought: about 10 minutes on foot to both the center and the beach, and I felt it was close enough; the non-stop melexy run for convenience. The house is about 70 m², big enough for four people, well-equipped with almost everything needed, a TV, and smooth internet. The water in the bathroom stays warm, so you won’t get cold water if neighbors use it—depends on expectations. For the price, it’s a very good choice. The additional paid pool is a thing to read about or ask; we found out earlier and used it without regret. This is just a heads‑up so others aren’t disappointed expecting it for free; I think it’s worth trying at least once.
