“SURREAL”

We took a holiday with my husband, I’m Brazilian and he’s Italian. The reception by Ederlyn and Luana was wonderful. The room surprised us with its beauty, originality and modernity. The location was easy, we could walk to many places, and we got to meet the owner, who was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with everything you need for a good meal and always something new. The hotel décor with old furniture was impeccable and tasteful. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others. The only downside was having to leave early, but that’s life.

We stayed a few nights while touring Puglia. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. A nice touch was the complimentary minibar with Cola and Fanta. Free parking was right in front of the property, and we always found a spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, though communication was a bit hard since they only spoke Italian. The main drawback was the building access – every time we returned we had to call someone to open the entrance door, as guests aren’t given a key or card. Breakfast was quite limited; there was always something to eat but it didn’t meet our expectations for a hotel breakfast. We were also asked to pay a €250 security deposit by card. Instead of the usual temporary hold, the amount was actually charged and then refunded after our stay, leaving us with only €240 back because of transaction and exchange‑rate fees, which was disappointing and should be clearer to guests beforehand. Another point worth noting is that the bathroom had only a frosted glass sliding door. It looked modern but offered very little privacy, especially when using the toilet, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

The stay was fantastic! I really appreciated the hospitality of the owner and the whole staff, who were all extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Also, the pasticciotto cake was truly extra, simply delicious! The property is highly recommended, and I will definitely come back.

"O experiență absolut minunată! Totul a fost peste așteptări. Camera a fost impecabil de curată, elegant amenajată și foarte confortabilă, iar fiecare detaliu a fost gândit cu grijă. Gazdele au fost extraordinar de primitoare, amabile și mereu disponibile să ne ajute cu recomandări și orice am avut nevoie. Atmosfera este liniștită și relaxantă, perfectă pentru o vacanță în Puglia. Micul dejun a fost delicios, cu produse proaspete și variate. Ne-am simțit răsfățați pe tot parcursul șederii și ne-am fi dorit să mai rămânem. Recomand din toată inima acest B&B tuturor celor care își doresc un loc elegant, curat și primitor.
