“We was not happy eith our stay.”

The room was clean and good, but it wasn’t quiet; noise from the outside nightclub was annoying, and it was ridiculous that the fire alarm rang several times at midnight, around 2 to 3 am, which disrupted our stay and sleep. We weren’t happy with it. When the fire alarm sounded, we had to go down to reception to find out what was happening. We asked security, but they were very rude. If we had a quiet room, our stay would have been great.

The spot was great and my room was fine too. I was on the third floor, so a bit far away, which I wanted. However, I think this place is best for young people, with the nearby clubs and the club inside being too much, especially for those planning early‑morning trips, excursions, or just older folks. The top‑floor location relative to the city center is awesome. The room was amazing, comfy, perfect! The staff greeting wasn’t very welcoming at all—none of them were friendly in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The club is really odd, and the price doesn’t match the discomfort. The cleaning could leave a bit more toilet paper and not finish the roll. Even though the housekeeping does their job right each time, it’s important to give people who need to sleep a quieter environment and not have to deal with extra toilet paper.

I liked the location, but the staff were horrible; it felt like I wasn’t really paying for a hotel stay.

The location is central and the beds are comfortable. Having water in the room was much appreciated. We weren’t told about the breakfast time or its location, and the website said there was no breakfast facility, but when we checked we didn’t see any information in the room about breakfast.

The room was big but shower cabinet leaked water out which was collected around toilet Room was two flight of stairs down and no help to carry our suitcase down to the room h. TV and many wall electric contacts didn’t work . Fire alarms malfunctioned and continued until 02:30 Am constant beeping which made it impossible to sleep
