Check‑in was fully self‑service via a Line AI concierge, and both the front door and the room used keypad locks. The fridge was a shared amenity, and there were toothpaste and toothbrushes available; the location was convenient. The room offered plenty of space, so luggage didn’t feel cramped. However, the absence of a bedside table was inconvenient, and although we booked a double, there was only one proper set of table and chairs—just a single‑seat sofa and a small coffee table—so it was hard to dine together. The bathroom door was a sliding type that made a noticeable noise when opened or closed.

Everything was just awful. The bathroom had mold, the service was bad and rude, and the door password was changed without notice. When I asked for the new password, the staff insisted I was entering it wrong even though I wasn’t. The toilet was frequently clogged, and the bathroom door no longer shut properly.
