Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room had all necessary appliances, modern and kept, charging stations everywhere, coffee was good, bed super clean and comfortable. The toilet kept running all night. I’m a light sleeper, that was kind of annoying

The location is good. The rooms are outdated.

I was disappointed because there was no empathy and it was a bad anniversary; I do not recommend it.

The staff were friendly, and there was nothing negative.

The staff were excellent and delivered great customer service, but the main areas of the hotel were nice while the rooms were outdated, with some appliances being very old and below standard; the sleep sofa was horrible and the place felt more like a kids’ hotel than an adult one; the rooms need at least a touch‑up. This Marriott location is starting to resemble a Motel 6 in room appearance and does not meet the level I expect from a Marriott; it is at best a 2‑star place but could reach 4 stars with some room renovations, and I don’t think I would stay there again.
