Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I had a frustrating experience with this hotel. The location and phone number listed were incorrect, which made it impossible for me to find the property. As a result, I ended up booking a different hotel. I wish the information provided was accurate to avoid the inconvenience.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The listed address was incorrect, and when I visited the given location, I found myself stranded. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and unsympathetic, essentially telling me that I had made a mistake with my booking. The property was actually located in Gujarat, far from Varanasi as advertised.

My stay was a letdown from start to finish. I was charged an additional 3000, and to add insult to injury, I was forced to check out at an ungodly hour of 5 AM. Overall, I didn't have a good experience at this hotel.
