The spot is right in the middle of everything, which is the only thing I could say was good. The room itself was a nightmare – a tiny 3 m² space with five beds, including a three‑level bunk that felt cramped and filthy. There was no window, the air was stale, and I swear I could feel the germs; I checked out after the second night and wouldn’t even stay there for free.

I spent four nights here and from night one a leak started dripping right beside my bed. I told the staff, they promised a fix, but nothing happened until the third night when someone finally showed up, spraying water all over my belongings, and the receptionist started shouting at me, even pushing me as I tried to protect my stuff. After that they turned off the water completely, and when I later asked for a glass to wash my hands the same clerk yelled at me again—rude and unprofessional.

The place is smack‑dab in the city centre, so getting around is easy, but the room I got bore no resemblance to the photos – a cramped dorm with too many bunk beds, constant shouting and snoring, and no lift to the fourth floor, which they never mentioned. I asked if I could move and was told nothing could be done, so I left after one night despite having paid for two.
