The spot is right in the middle of everything and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself felt like a box—there were no windows at all.

Two metro lines are right next to the building and there’s a Spar grocery store just down the street, so getting into the city centre was literally a breeze.

The room was big and even had its own bathroom, and the metro stop and a supermarket were only a short walk away. The only snag was the winter chill – the heating only ran during the day, so once night fell it got pretty cold. It was bearable but not what I’d expect for a winter stay.

The location right next to the U‑Bahn was the only thing that really worked in its favor. Calling this a three‑star hotel is a joke; most Airbnb flats are nicer and cheaper, with newer furniture, clean carpet and fresh paint. You can survive a night here, but comfort and relaxation are definitely missing.

Whenever I raised a complaint, the staff were extremely polite and competent, always finding a solution, and the whole place was very clean. It’s in a quiet area, just a five‑minute walk to the U‑Bahn, which is a big plus. The downside? The rooms are really tiny.
