Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The view was stunning, the hotel was clean, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was made to order—anything you asked for, if they had it, they’d serve it. Laundry was free, and the staff felt like family, always helpful. The bed was completely uncomfortable, and the rooms hadn’t been cleaned properly even though I left a cleaning note on the door for a full day.

The place was incredibly cozy and spotless.

The venue was close to all amenities, right in front of the police station, so it felt safe. Restaurants and cafes surrounded the area, including places that serve veggie sandwiches, and a supermarket was nearby. I wish the hotel offered a breakfast option on site.

The senior staff member was very friendly and quick to resolve issues. Overall, the family and hotel workers were relaxed, lovely, and always smiling at us. The bathroom had a toilet, and it was the best place to stay in all of Georgia. There was nothing to criticize; everything was great.
