“It was affordable but it should have been much better.”

The hotel has a pool. The rooms appeared clean at first, but when you look closely under the bed you find crumbs and trash. The staff seemed rude. On the morning I was supposed to leave, I went down for breakfast around 8:30 am, and when I returned to pack at about 9:00 am my room key didn’t work even though my checkout time was 11:00 am. I had to go downstairs and have them reinstate my key to get back into my room. The person in the room across the hall reported the same issue.

“I wasn’t impressed like I say the staff was great but the hotel itself was not that great for the price.”

The front‑desk staff were very nice and helped us right away with pricing and were very accommodating. The location was great for our plans and it’s next to Cracker Barrel, which was super convenient for a pregnant lady like me lol. The place was very unclean and the advertisement was false because we couldn’t use the pool. The room was dirty when I entered, so I cleaned what I could. When the room was replenished, we received a roll of toilet paper and two new towels. I was not impressed for the price; it felt more like staying in a Motel 8 than a nice hotel. Breakfast wasn’t that great either. I wish I could say anything nice, but I won’t make this mistake again and will do better research next time.

“Do not ever stay here. Horrendous and I was sick for days after my short stay. Ended up at the ER for it.”

Nothing positive. The rooms smelled of mold and wet ashtrays. The food was greasy and everything felt greasy. The AC never worked, and they never refunded my money even though they had agreed to.

“Sucked.”

The swim pool was closed, the room smelled like smoke, the staff were rude, and we couldn’t use the dining area to eat our lunch.
