staff don’t know how to communicate and are rude

The owner was rude, unhelpful, and difficult to communicate with. The front door to the property was left unlocked all night so anyone could walk in off the street, up the stairs, and into the rooms. It was unsafe, unclean and I'm surprised it is allowed to take guests.

PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE - A scamming manager and seems to be accommodation for local homeless and probable drug addicts. REPORTED TO I've raised SERIOUS complaints with and will update this review soon to explain my unfortunate experience.
