Kasu Lodge - Sneinton, Nottingham

I liked that there were washers and a microwave, but there was no TV, the stair to room 4 was dangerous and needed a lot of attention, I had to wait over five hours to get in because they gave me the wrong door code, I rang them about 23 times with no answer, it was unsatisfactory and I want my money back; they never stopped bothering me again.

“very poor-attricious”

The shared bathroom was dirty, I had to clean it before showering, it was hard to find the sign and to get a key, the location was far from facilities and I had to use taxis, it was overpriced for staying over, it should have been half the price, I advise no one to stay there, it was the worst place I have stopped at on my travels, it should be removed from the list.

Could not get in .was there at3 to check in . No info sent until 18.30 . By then to late . ,as commitments had to go ahead. Was very dis appointed.the place was not as described. Parking was very bad .Will not book again with you. The area
