“Not worth it”
Came here expecting it would be a relaxing stay. But things were not pleasent. 1)Requested in advance for the sofa bed, towels, dental kits etc for extra guests i had. (Paid $1500+tax extra/ person). Had to do multiple follow ups to get things done. 2) They already had placed a tray with nuts and other snacks inside the room, but never gave a clue that it will be chared extra.! They claimed they have informed us about it, which they never did!! Ending paying extra during check out since we had to leave. 3) Room was not properly cleaned. Found female hairs inside the room and inside the dessing table drawer!! Railings on the balcony are not sturdy. Use caution. I have stayed multiple hotels in the last couple of months. But this was a very disappointing experience. Ended up paying almost 10K, where as similar hotals charge close to 7500 rupeees.!. Came here expecting it would be a relaxing stay.
