The place was beautiful and the bedding was fabulous, but the internet was unreliable, working only about 50% of the time during our stay.

“Giles Norman Gallery and Townhouse”

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Giles Norman Townhouse in Kinsale; the room was beautifully decorated, warm, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a nicely sized bathroom featuring a strong, excellent shower. Its location was perfect, within easy walking distance of everything in Kinsale, making it convenient for exploring the town, restaurants, and shops. Our room was on the second floor, but the stairs were easy enough to manage even with luggage. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and we would gladly return when visiting Kinsale. Parking was across the street at a public lot; we unloaded in front of the gallery and only had a short wait to find a spot.

The interior was spacious and gorgeous, and it couldn't be more central.

“Comfortable and beautiful art”

The hotel was close to town but on the edge, which was quiet; there were plenty of good coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and the property featured an art gallery with beautiful prints. However, there was no all‑night service and the room lacked enough outlet plugs.

“Excellent stay in Kinsale in a luxury setting so close to town, harbor, and great restaurants!”

Location was fabulous! Close to town and our room and a little view of the harbor. Room was excellent--comfortable and clean. Great amenities. The art on the property and in the gallery below was breathtaking AND guests can get a discount (they ship too). Just feet from Fishy Fishy (best restaurant so far on our trip thru Ireland). Cute coffe shop and book store that did wine & coffee just below. Easy to find and access. Can't say more good things about this stay!. The weather? Just one note tho for people with mobility issues there is no elevator so we just walked up a flight or two of stairs and it was fine
