“Tutto ottimo”

B&B really very cute, well‑kept and welcoming. The location is simply fantastic: overlooking the Manfredonia waterfront, it offers a beautiful view and is super convenient for walking around the center. Cleanliness was fine!

“Buona soluzione per una tappa breve, host molto disponibile”

The property was comfortable for a short stay (just one night for us). Remote check‑in was simple and quick. The host was extremely helpful, giving us excellent restaurant recommendations. I also appreciated how fast he responded: when I reported a shower hose cleaning issue, he sent a staff member in just five minutes. I parked for free on the street in front of the entrance. The cleaning only removed the reported residues manually; a more thorough wash or sanitisation of the tap would have been preferable for hygiene. Breakfast at the corner bar was rather basic. Finally, a few details to improve: there was a slightly overpowering scent of air freshener, and the bathroom’s metal fittings showed some rust.

Not up to par: a voucher for a hot drink and a croissant at the nearby bistro where the staff were just barely friendly. The owner, whom we never met, was unpleasant on the phone because I called him for information on how to check in; he was very aggressive. Also, this place has four rooms. There was a room‑assignment error: the room we were given was already occupied by other people.
