The pool is very spectacular and offers a beautiful view. The lack of staff means no real benefit for guests because they’re overwhelmed.

The brunch was excellent, but there were some supply and staffing hiccups, and one restaurant was closed.

The setting, the many facilities, and the variety of activities on site were great, yet the staff didn’t tell us the spa was paid, so we were caught off guard at the end.

The room was superb, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and the view of the valley was breathtaking; the water park and spa were also fantastic, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The only downside was that the restaurant fell slightly short of our expectations, but we only ate there once, so it’s hard to judge objectively. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Thank you! Nothing else was appreciated; we were just a little less satisfied at the restaurant than we had hoped, but as mentioned earlier, it’s difficult to judge with only one meal.
