Breakfast and other meals were good, though the selection could use more variety; the room’s cleanliness was lacking, Wi‑Fi was spotty at times, and the advertised swimming pool was never open.

The room was neat and clean, but when I asked for an invoice under my company’s GST number the receptionist told me to check with someone else; I never got an invoice and was redirected to the hotel again.
