Très pratique pour visiter Lucerne .Carte de bus gratuite donnée par l hotel.Possibilite de recharger sa voiture gratuitement. Chambre calme et confortable.Pas de climatisation mais ce n est pas necessaire en cette saison.Personnel accueillant. Rien

Beautiful building, newly renovated, coffee machine, good location and friendly staff. I didn’t realise I booked for one person (although I booked a double room), so I had to pay extra at checkout which is a boomer
