I liked the service, the location and the overall hospitality of the hotel and rooms. The pool is very small.

The place was tidy and clean. The safe was inoperable, but it got fixed by the end of the day.

The location was fine. The hotel had no hot water in the shower, at least not in room 404. I complained at reception, but they acted as if nothing was wrong: no response, no apology. Service was terrible. Given this lack of empathy, I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff were helpful and eager to assist with guests’ needs. The carpets were not well vacuumed.
