Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The place was gorgeous and spotless, with a modern, iconic vibe. Parking proved a hassle; we received a ticket when we carried our suitcases in the middle of the night, just a few minutes late, which ruined the first part of our visit.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with modern décor and spacious rooms; we even got upgraded to a suite, which was a nice bonus. The location is great—walking distance to many attractions and shopping spots. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a 3‑night stay at this beautiful hotel and will definitely come back.

The staff member who booked us was outstanding: he guided us to a nearby barber shop when the hotel salon was closed, let us use a room while ours was still being prepared, and arranged free drinks for us to wait. He also arranged an accessible room for us and a separate room next to my son and his wife’s, and when I was standing at reception trying to speak to someone, he solved my issue right away. The downside was the lack of a pool and the wardrobe door in our room was missing its runners when we entered.

I’m not staying here for the first time; I like everything.

The hotel is excellent and above the rating, honestly spacious rooms, the location in the center is close to everything, luxurious in every sense, but the price is wildly inflated, yet it’s worth it for the service provided, so we booked the first night through Booking and the rest were recommended by friends to book through a company with great prices and trust; I recommend them as they offer all European hotels, hotel apartments, and English countryside trips. I’ll put their Snapchat (b2c336) so they can set you up. The after‑sales service is the best thing they have, honestly the follow‑up was amazing.
