Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The welcome was simply exceptional: smiles, humor, helpful. The location was perfect, close to the port and overlooking a quiet shopping street. The room for the three of us was simple and clean, as advertised. The breakfast was hearty. A big thank you to the whole team. We had an excellent stay at the hotel.

The room was quiet, but it was a shame there was no elevator to reach the third floor with a bag that’s not easy to carry. I got help to lift it up and I still thank the lady, but it was hard for me to bring it back down (my fault, I should have split it into smaller bags). The breakfast was excellent: coffee, pastries, bread, baguette, butter, honey, jam, chocolate, regional cheeses, fruit juice, yogurt, etc. We thought there was parking in front, but on Friday evening we noticed the barriers because the market started at 6:00 am. We had to park in the large lot next to the hotel, 5 minutes away, not even close. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower door (3 sliding panels) and the toilet was narrow.

The staff were attentive, we liked the hotel’s cleanliness and its great location next to the port and the city centre, I recommend it to everyone. Everything was perfect, the staff were top‑class.

We liked the hotel’s location, near the basin and the parking. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff’s friendliness. Nothing negative.
