“it was a pleasant and quiet stay”
It was quiet, but the shower didn’t work, and the towel meant for showering had a long strand of hair hanging on it.

My room was surprisingly large and very clean and comfortable . The a.c. leaked a bit , but i had it running 5 days straight as it was over a 100 degrees everyday. I did find a deal roach in the corner of my.eoom, but these things happen in texas. The room was spotless so being dirty wasn't the. I pre booked and pre paid and was incredibly disappointed that the pool was down. The pool was literally a deciding factor when I booked. It would have made sense for the receptionist to let me know. Other then that i would say the room was 100% worth it. Tv channels stunk. No streaming services. pool broken without any notice given

I found bed bugs in my room. When I told the front desk, they offered me a new sheet but refused to involve higher management or give me any details. The lady at the desk lied, claiming I had a pet with me, which was false, and also falsely said I hadn’t mentioned it, even though I had shown a picture to the staff.

The price was reasonable. However, there were roaches, the pool was condemned, the ice machine was broken, and the internet was down most of the time.

It was a quiet property. The maid who came and cleaned my room the first day was a very nice lady. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I am a nonsmoker so I am not sure why I was given that room. Not only that, once I came home, all of my clothing and even bags smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to wash and spray down all of my items that was in the room to get rid of the smoke smell. I also began to have coughing fits because of the thirdhand smoke toxic chemicals that still resided in the room. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights. If I had to be there any longer I would’ve asked for my money to book at a different hotel
