Our stay in the caravan was truly enjoyable, with the accommodation being clean, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained state of the site, which added to our overall satisfaction. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more pleasant. However, we did encounter some difficulties with the booking process, which made it challenging to communicate with the team when we had concerns.

While the hotel's location and communication were excellent, and the value for money was good, I was disappointed by a few issues with the accommodation. Upon arrival, I found empty cans of drink under the twin beds, and there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed. Additionally, the mattress on the sofa bed was stained, and the oven knob was broken, which detracted from my overall experience.
