The hotel is a unique spot near Altyn-Emel, and the girls running it are incredibly kind and helpful, creating a family‑like vibe right from the start when all the room doors are open (they close them as guests settle in) and shoes are left outside. The place stays quiet and offers the option to dine at the hotel. The breakfast is very basic, but it matches what you see outside the big cities.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, brand new. The facility was also well equipped and welcoming, and the staff were there whenever needed. The only downside was the food: you had to book a day in advance for dinner, and without a reservation you’d get a menu of burgers, hot dogs, and two traditional dishes that weren’t homemade. The food choices were quite limited.
