The room was good, but the other aspects were lacking.

The amenities were poor, staff were arrogant, there were no bottle napkins, and overall hygiene was a big problem. The bed sheets were filthy, and the pillow covers and curtains smelled awful.

You guys tricked me, booked us in a place that barely looks like a hotel, with no basic facilities, no water, just a bed and a chair; I’d advise anyone to avoid booking here. Nothing was good.
