The location is spot‑on, the staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms are large and spotless, breakfast is nice, and everything else was just fine—nothing to complain about.

The hotel sits close to the Chen Zhan MTR, and Front Desk Staff Sam was especially helpful—he used his mobile app to book WeChat and Alipay reservations for our next‑day trip to Lingyin Temple. Just be careful when booking day trips at the hotel counter; let the staff know ahead of time if you want a non‑shopping tour, or you might end up in a tea or silk shop. Also, there is no mini‑fridge in the room.
