The Rice Joglo Eco-Stay

“Marvelous 3 days stay, if we had time we would stay longer and was of course hard to leave”

The property sits right in the jungle and rice fields, perfect for those who want a calm, silent environment. The cottage was decorated entirely with local items. The bathroom looked straight into the jungle and was comfortable in every way. My daughter could gather tomatoes for breakfast, and the ducks and turtles were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. I was nervous about traveling with all five pieces of luggage and my 4‑year‑old daughter on a scooter 2 km into the rice fields, but the staff made it so easy and we enjoyed every day’s scooter ride down to the city. It’s hard to describe all the beautiful moments we had, but if you go to Ubud, you really should stay here for at least a while.

“Staying in the farm was so peaceful and the staff so lovely.”

It was very quiet and calm in the rice paddies—a real haven from the bustle of Ubud town. The walk from town was decent, but I appreciated the exercise and the experience.

“Geweldig verblijf in de natuur”

The location was beautiful. Between the rice fields and nature you find an oasis of peace. When we arrived, our bags were brought to the front of the hotel by scooter. The people were very friendly. The room was clean and very pretty. It’s a shame there was no fridge. Walking from the location to the street side took about 20 minutes, so we mainly ordered Gojek.

“Déçue”

L’établissement est très beau . Le cuisinier au top , des repas avec leur production ( potager…) Mais le service vraiment pas au rendez-vous, pas aimable du tout, l’impression de déranger et pas serviable . Le côté écologique

The accommodation is incredible! We stayed in an original 140‑year‑old colonial house, authentically furnished with great taste. The grounds themselves are also beautifully laid out, and the animals and vegetable garden add to the charm. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful.
