It’s very close to everything, you can walk to all parts of downtown Guanajuato, but there was no cable TV service and the room was very hot.

The location is good, but there was no hot water in the room; I complained three times and they just told me to wait, and on the fourth attempt they moved me to another room, but when I needed more time they charged me an extra $200.

The only redeeming factor was the location; everything else was absolutely terrible. The place was filthy, old, the ceiling fans didn’t work, the TVs had no remote, and it was a horrible spot for the price.
