The service was very good, the rooms and surroundings were clean, everything worked perfectly (shower, TV, AC), and the breakfast offered many options. Access was easy. It wasn’t luxurious, just the basics that work. There was no nice view; opening the window wasn’t worth it 🤪 But since I was only there to sleep… that’s fine too.

The value for money was good, the breakfast was quite complete, and the staff were helpful and courteous. The parking was also good. However, the hotel’s structure was very old, the furniture was worn, and the microfiber sheets were full of pilling and even had holes. On the upper floors, the windows had no safety nets and the bed was positioned right under the window—an important detail to consider if you’re traveling with a child.

Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very cold, the blanket provided was thin and insufficient for thermal comfort, and the pillows were overly soft. The sound insulation in the room was also poor; during the night we heard the reception phone ring repeatedly, as well as the receptionist talking loudly with callers and arriving guests, without any concern for those trying to sleep. Another unpleasant incident occurred at breakfast: our 4‑year‑old son stayed asleep in the room, and my wife only took three biscuits and a cheese bread to take with him. She was immediately stopped by an employee, despite the minimal amount of food and the clear intention of feeding a small child. Only after insisting and after the employee consulted the manager was she allowed to take the food.
