The location is perfect, right in the center of Acireale, and very quiet. The staff, especially Michelangelo, were amazing and friendly, ensuring everything was perfect and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, we slept very well. It was a fabulous stay and we would definitely return!

The building is beautiful, the staff are extremely courteous and kind, they welcomed us as if we were at home, and they even provided a pass for the Acireale ZTL—highly recommended to everyone. No complaints.

The place sits right in Piazza Duomo, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, welcoming, and private. The highlight was the free parking just steps away from the hotel. A++++++ Nothing else to mention.
