“It would be fine for a night or two.”
The staff were wonderful and very helpful, and the whole place was spotless. The only downside was the large empty building next to the hotel, which had nothing to do with the Quality Inn itself.

Really liked that there is linoleum in the rooms instead of carpet. Staff was very friendly. I forgot my shampoo at home and they actually had big bottles od shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom not those little bottles. I thought the shampoo was a decent quality. Very good water pressure. Very close to stores and restaurants. The shades on the windows were very nice also instead of curtains. There are 2 shades.one for room darkening and the other is opaque. Really made the room look nicer and not dingy. It was perfect. Would definitely stay here again if I go to Bemidji to see my grandson at college
“Want a refund for the 3 nights we booked. Extremely inconvenient!”
Nothing to say positively. The hotel is unsafe and not suitable for families. I will never book here again and want my money back.

The jacuzzi suite was amazing – my boyfriend and I really appreciated having that escape. Unfortunately, the hotel advertises a pool and hot tub that don’t exist; the area where the pool used to be is covered with linoleum, and the online photos still claim a pool is available. When we used the jacuzzi, we found bugs floating in the water – about 3–5 insects – and the staff were hard to understand when I called with questions.

The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a table and chairs in the room. The drive to the hotel needs urgent fixing – it’s full of potholes. The door to our room was basically broken and had to be pulled hard, making a loud noise each time. All the websites I checked claimed there was a pool, and signs in the hallway mentioned a pool but were covered with white paper. The hotel staff said there was no pool and that I was mistaken about seeing it on the website, yet it’s still there. Behind a door labeled laundry, I found the pool, empty and filled with junk. It would have been more considerate to simply tell me the pool is no longer functioning instead of lying.
