Press in the room. Said pool was heated it was not it was

It’s very close to the UK campus. The original room we received had a strong chlorine smell; we called the front desk and they switched us to another room, telling us the original was right above the indoor pool 🤪

I stayed close to campus and the off‑campus student housing was convenient.

The staff were friendly and everything was spotless. I booked specifically for the pool, paid for a second day so we wouldn't have to check out at 11 and my son could swim all day, but the pool shut down at 10 am and stayed closed for most of the day.
