The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel very comfortable during our stay. We had the best view of the pyramids from the roof top. Salah dealt with any queries we had to make us feel happy. Mahmoud and Mohammed made us feel like we were home, always asking us if we needed anything extra.

The host was welcoming and the views of the pyramids were great, but the breakfast was pricey and tasteless; I wouldn't recommend it.
