I was grateful for Rajshree Iyer’s help in switching my room to a twin bed to match what we needed, and her courteous and understanding attitude made the change smooth.

The location and staff were good, but the room wasn’t ready for guests, the air conditioning didn’t work, and there were electrical problems.
Check‑in went smoothly. As a former Epicure member, the Taj’s prompt pickup after mentioning my arrival was smooth, and the overall Epicurean stay made me feel at home.
