“Very busy but also very relaxing.”

Breakfast was great, plenty of options and eggs cooked to order. The location was convenient, a short walk to town and the river so no car needed. I can't speak for other rooms, but room 8 could use an easy chair instead of having to sit on the bed, and the door could be replaced as I struggled to shut and lock it.

“Adequate for 2 nights”

The place was very clean and the bathroom was a good size with a nice shower. Parking was good and walking into town was easy. Breakfast at the barn was adequate: cereal, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and eggs on request. Fresh bread and day‑old sliced bread would have been nice. The room was poorly equipped: one desk but no chair, a socket for kettle and hairdryer under the desk that was awkward, another extension socket beside the bed with more sockets but still hard to reach, and a very small TV that was hard to see from the bed.

The location was fantastic, and breakfast was excellent. No complaints.

“Good”

The location was very good and quiet, with ample parking within walking distance to the town and plenty of walks nearby. Deer roamed the field next door, hawks flew overhead, and an owl could be heard at night. Coffee and breakfast were really good. The room felt a bit basic and could use a small touch—there was a loose bath panel—but it was clean and comfortable.
