Nothing pleased me at all. The hotel sits next to a noisy road and a sewage drain, and the balcony door has a huge gap at the bottom, so the room smells and is loud. Mosquitoes swarm, and there are also cockroaches. The room was dirty; three pairs of filthy slippers lay in front of the bathtub. The bathroom vent isn’t closed, and in the evenings the birds chirp loudly and poop on the toilet tank. The worst part was the bed: the mattress was so worn that they covered the metal springs with a thick film and then a mattress topper, yet the springs still felt through. The bedding was 100 % synthetic, and instead of a duvet with a cover, there was a fur blanket. I suffered two nights, couldn’t sleep because of the noise, odor, mosquitoes, and I even got itchy from their bedding – I don’t think they changed it, as there were crumbs on the pillow.
