All in all very good. About 1 km from the thermal spa and next to a supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy. The room is roomy with a balcony and everything is very clean. The beds and pillows are normal firm, which is great for us; many hotels have too soft mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. Here both are excellent and we slept very well. The check‑in with the code was also handled smoothly. Thank you for the hassle‑free and pleasant stay. What could be better is the small fridge. It could be hidden in a cupboard because it is a bit loud at night, so we turned it off. Still, this is high‑level complaining.

Everything was conveniently located. The rehab clinic was not far away. The Spreehafen, where the barges depart, was also close. In the butcher shop opposite the Spreehafen, you can have a good lunch. The selection there is very varied and tastes great. Everything was very good. I would spend a few more vacation days there again.

“Gelungener Kurzaufenthalt in Burg in Ihrem Hotel”

Two very nice days in Burg at your hotel. The check‑in with the codes sent by e‑mail and SMS worked very well. The room was very clean, bright, spacious enough, and quiet. In the morning there was some street noise from traffic, but it was tolerable. The building itself makes a very good impression and is in a pleasant setting. The breakfast buffet in the adjacent restaurant was very good. The pillows were, in our opinion, far too large and uncomfortable. Note: it would be nice to have a kettle and some accessories in the room.
