“Bad”

I had a terrible time sleeping due to the noise from the rooms next to mine, where a group of young people came in, got drunk, and knocked on my door repeatedly. The constant disturbance made it impossible for me to get a good rest during my stay. The hotel's lack of control over noise levels was a major issue for me.

“For me the purpose of my stay was fulfilled”

The hotel's location was one of its best features, being easily accessible and close to various amenities. However, the parking area was spacious and convenient, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the price we paid for a single night felt a bit steep, making it a bit of a pricey stay.

“Not good…the black blanket looks shabby”

The hotel's location was perfect for our destination, but unfortunately, it had some drawbacks. The lack of an elevator made it difficult for us to carry our luggage to the second floor, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning in our initial room wasn't working, forcing us to switch to a different room.

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the thoughtful provision of a kettle and tea-making supplies in our room, which was exactly as advertised. However, I was disappointed that we didn't have access to hot water at night, which would have been a nice touch.

“Pathetic, luckily it was one night or else I would have vacated and booked somewhere else”

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by several issues. The location was the only redeeming quality, but the staff was unresponsive to our queries, and the lack of a lift made it difficult for us to navigate with our luggage. To make matters worse, we didn't have access to hot water, and when I asked the staff to boil some in the kettle, it was a bit of an inconvenience.
