Staff is nice and helpful. The room its not meant for 3 adult sharing, firstly its so small with one small window Secondly the aircon is not working Thirdly the room is so small no movement can be made. Forthly no wardrobes/cabinets clothes must be on the floor in this small room, no table, no charging points we were charhing at the reception. If it wasn't the fact that i booked through Brookings.com i would have canceled my bookings but thought that i w8nt get my refund now to go and book another accommodation let us stay. On the window there is a big growing tree that is blocking the view we can't see outside we only see the tree. The toilet paper is the brown not wven one ply, 🙄🙄🙆🙆🙆

The 2026 model needs better electrical plugs—twin sockets would be a huge convenience for a solo traveler. The lack of twin plugs is a real drawback.

There was no breakfast or coffee. I called to see if we could check in early at 12 pm to catch an event on time, but when we arrived we were told it wasn’t possible because the room was still being cleaned.

I liked that it’s close to a Spur, the garage is around the corner, and the Mamoza mall and Inversitas hospital are nearby; the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
