Everything was perfect, with no complaints.

having a patio door and exit to the back area. The room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom had long hairs in the corners and dirt on the floor. It was horrible to9 see. Neither my husband or I have long hair so it was not ours. The air conditioner blows directly on one of the beds. my husband had a really bad allergy attack while we were there. In the morning his eyes were swollen. Not sure if an animal had previously been inb that room, or it is one of the cleaners you use or the amount of chlorine circulating in the air
We absolutely love staying here! The staff are always friendly and respond to requests promptly, and the manager greets everyone with a smile.

Breakfast was decent, with good coffee and orange juice, but the outdoor area could have been better maintained—grass cut, flower beds tended, and some units had bottles or cans left on the lawn. Our bathroom needed repairs: floor tiles lacked grout and the tub faucet dripped. The room was humid, and while the A/C cooled the space, it didn’t significantly reduce the moisture. The beds, pillows, bedding, and overall room cleanliness were comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or gym, and nearby restaurants are a short drive from the main beach. Breakfast could use more variety; all three mornings offered sausage and scrambled eggs. The A/C unit in the room also made a noticeable noise.
