I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The carpet was old, spotted, and not even vacuumed. The bathroom was only moderately clean, lacking soap and a bath mat. The room was extremely noisy; at night it was loud and strange people were moving around, making me feel unsafe. The reception was never staffed and the whole property looked rundown. The price of almost 100 € per night was wildly inappropriate. Never again!!!

Stuttgart was terrible. There was no reception staff or any on‑site staff. The parking could fit 2‑3 cars, but you have to be careful when you exit because it can scrape the underside of a crossover. In the room the curtains were worn and didn’t close fully, and the bedding had dark liquid stains. The carpet was threadbare. The TV tuner only offered two local channels. In the shower area the curtain was dark, dirty, and too small for the tray. The soap dispenser in the basin and the shower dispenser were empty, so we had to buy our own soap and shower gel. One light was hanging loose. There was no staff to report any of this. The hot water in the morning was lukewarm. The description claimed soundproofing, but we could hear people talking in other rooms. I would not recommend it.

We couldn’t stay even after paying for the reservation because the owners never gave us a key, there was no receptionist, no one answered the phone, and we were left outside in the cold all night with my two little kids and my family of eight. I had booked three rooms, they took all the money and never responded or refunded! Hotel Mautner are big scammers. If they don’t refund in two days we will call the police. Everyone should take responsibility.
