The location and service were great.

The location and space are good. The mattress was extremely ugly and uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work (I don’t watch TV, but if someone wants to, it’s a problem).

The hotel staff are very attentive, with little bears at the entrance to greet you and help with your car and luggage. In reality, it’s a place to rest, because the real attraction lies in the streets of Taxco.
