The staff were very friendly, the interior was clean and freshly painted, I liked that there was no carpet, but the bed and bedding were the main issue—old mattresses, dirty bedding, and filthy fabric around the box spring; the shower was basic but clean with good pressure; the outside of the building needed help, and the stairway to the upper floor was dirty and pretty gross.

Nothing good to say! The place was filthy, the staff were extremely rude, and I left immediately. It smelled awful, and with my 87‑year‑old mother there, I just wanted to pay with a credit card saved on my booking account, but they wouldn’t let me pay ahead of time. They insisted on cash upfront and were very demanding about the process. I would never recommend this dump to anyone heading to Lakeport—stay elsewhere!

The pool area offers great lake views. The lobby, room, bedding, and common areas were all terribly dirty, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold and falling apart, and the parking lot had broken cars and oil slicks.
