I was happy that the hotel was close to the amphitheater, but when we got there at 3:30 pm we had to wait 45 minutes in the hallway with two other couples because their rooms weren't ready. Carts were scattered around but nobody was nearby. Eventually the owners came out and started making beds, and the owner and an employee who finally arrived to clean our room began arguing right in front of us. The beds themselves were very uncomfortable.

I booked this place in July, but when I arrived yesterday they claimed my reservation didn't exist even though I had the confirmation on my phone. They forced me to pay more than twice the original price to stay. The staff was awful and couldn't speak English. I would never return.
