I was quite satisfied with my stay, except for one major issue - I had booked a non-smoking room but the guests next door smoked all night, and the smell seeped into my room through the ventilation shaft. Unfortunately, when I complained at the front desk, they seemed helpless to do anything about it. Despite this, my room was clean and tidy. If not for the smoking issue, I would have had a great stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The mattresses and pillows were really comfortable, which made my stay quite enjoyable. However, I wasn't too fond of the location, and I found that there weren't many great options for breakfast nearby. Overall, it was an average stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my stay. However, I was a bit surprised to find that there were no tissues in my room, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the staff's warmth made up for the small oversight, but it would be great if they could ensure all rooms are fully stocked.
