The shower in my bath leaked, and guests outside my room kept making noise; music from the neighboring bedroom was too loud and kept me up.

The mountain and lake views were great, especially for families or groups, but the facilities were broken—particularly the toilet, which was essential for everyone; it seemed the staff didn’t try to fix it and just sold the room knowing it was in disrepair.

The room was clearly well-maintained and super clean, which was great to see. That being said, the service and facilities felt pretty much in line with what we paid - no surprises.

The views from the tent are amazing, with mountains behind and a lake in front - it's pretty picturesque. However, there's a bit of a downside: the drainage isn't great, which means there's a lingering smell inside, and holes in the tent let in a bunch of flies. To top it off, our neighbors were blasting loud music that didn't exactly match the peaceful surroundings.
