Except for one lady, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but bland. The beds were fine. The room was clean. The toilet door right next to the bed wasn’t great. The first night was a disaster. A loud hum from some equipment kept me awake. I called twice at night and no one answered. After breakfast I went to the reception. A lady already scolded me, saying she couldn’t do anything about it. We were told to have breakfast, pack our things, and we would get another room. Since we had already had breakfast, we packed and went back to the reception. She said she couldn’t do anything now. We had to wait. Two hours! Finally we got a new room.
