TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT WITH NO CONSCIENCE. Paul, the manager, SUDDENLY KICKED ME OUT WITH NOWHERE TO GO after I reported that the guy next to my room was stalking/monitoring me and smoking right outside my door. Paul also DID NOT BELIEVE that my mother had just passed away! The kick‑out and stalking and terrible management added to a hugely stressful sudden death experience after being unsympathetically tossed out after 4 of my 9‑night PRE‑PAID reservation with nowhere to go. Then, Paul refused to print a detailed invoice, making it complicated for me to recover my funds! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Get a better, professional, courteous, respectful COMPASSIONATE manager who listens and takes corrective action against those who HARASS AND STALK motel guests – especially VULNERABLE FEMALE GUESTS!

The location is great, the staff are friendly, parking is convenient, and the room feels good for the price. There’s nothing to complain about.

I think it’s a great value and the room is nice; I’d definitely come back to this spot. Worcester offered more dining options than I’d liked.
