The location was convenient and the lobby felt welcoming, but the hotel looked outdated, with damp rooms, noisy fans, old curtains, and furniture that seemed worn; the secondary entrances were poorly maintained and felt insecure.

It was comfortable and the rooms got cold. Pool and hot tub were both closed also that I was required to pay an additional $100 deposit after I had prepaid for the room still have not gotten the deposit back yet either. The front desk guy sounded mad when I told him I booked it through a 3rd party site

I appreciated that I‑Hop and Applebee’s were connected. In mid‑summer I expected the pool to be open, but it was closed for some “BS excuse” about work. No workers were near the pool, and though the water was crystal clear, it remained off‑limits for that same vague reason.

The location’s close to Milwaukee. The hot tub was broken and the restaurant was closed.
