Everything was clean, nice, and new. The only downside was that all the AC and other text was in Chinese 😄

Very clean, but very out of the way; no taxi driver could find it.

The place is brand new, everything feels fresh, and while there are no reviews yet, the staff are happy to film a video for you; it seems aimed at Chinese guests but has just opened and still feels good. On the downside, the floor was dirty with hair fragments and a lot of hair, there were many ants, and I heard a faint knocking sound from a distance almost all night—like a light tap, not loud, occurring roughly every hour. I tried to spot the source but saw no one, so I guess the hotel isn’t crowded and the noise might be coming from another room.

The hotel offered hot water bidets, comfortable beds, and helpful staff who spoke both Thai and English. The building sits behind a yellow abandoned structure, and from the street or satellite view the hotel appears as that abandoned building.
